July/August Camping Holidays in Milford-on-Sea, New Forest

Tents/Campervans Only

During July/August 2024, we are offering camping pitches in our fields located 10 minute walk to the centre of Milford village. If you are looking for a New Forest Campsite then look no further. Milford on Sea is a coastal village on the edge of the New Forest National Park which offers some wonderful beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants. Please visit http://www.visitmilfordonsea.co.uk/ for more information.

There is beach / boat fishing and a number of lakes offering great fishing day outs. In August Bream and Bass are in season. There is a children’s playground just opposite the campsite with 2 minutes walk. There are loads of walks that you can do and here is a website with some ideas for walks that you could print out www.walkinginengland.co.uk/hants. The site has loos, unlimited hot water showers, free freezer block exchange and washing up facilities for up to 60 pitches, within 15 acres, so plenty of space.

Two dogs per pitch are accepted providing they are on leads at all times and well behaved and are free of charge. We allow small camp fires. Fire wood is on sale from the office. Please bring a fire basket or something similar. Also we ask that only wood with no metal in it is used. We try very hard to keep the cost of your holiday down. We don’t charge for dogs, gazebos, extra cars, visitors or fires.

This site is suitable for families and couples and we ask our visitors to keep the noise down after 10.00pm. I am sorry we do not take groups – except small family groups (with children) of less than 16 people (max 8 adults). We have a maximum of 4 adults (no children) in a group. If you would like to make a family group booking please ring us first to confirm the numbers. If you are coming with friends and wish to camp together please call first to check that the numbers are acceptable. If you camp together in greater numbers than we allow you will be asked to move, so please do check before booking.

Arrival times are from 9am to 9pm and Departure is by 3pm. We are only open for 28 days of the year. Sorry no Caravans or Motor Homes.

"Hi Polly, just wanted to say thanks for having us for the last two weeks, we've had a lovely time. We loved the area and loved the campsite. We think it's great what you do, you've created a really relaxed atmosphere. We're even thinking already of staying with you again same time next year, if you'll have us."

"I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful weekend at your campsite. The overall consensus was that it's the best place we've stayed in the past 6 years we've been camping together. Perfect combination of loads of space in the field, near to the sea, good facilities and a very relaxed vibe all round."
